Absolutely perfect set of 12 Luncheon/Salad size plates made in England by New Chelsea Staff for Wm. H Plummer & Co. in NY. Numbered. Also 2 of the plates have a slightly different floral with a few more Blue flowers but that is all - its the same pattern just a few more blue flowers as shown in photos.
