Absolutely stunning. I just had this chair professionally re-uphostered in the fabulous "French Parchment" fabric from Ballard Designs. The chair itself hails from the early 1900's.  It is a very delicate though solid and well made parlor side chair. The paint and crackle finish to the wood is actually natural to the antique piece, it has not been treated at all.  Blows the reproductions AWAY!
