Regarding payments: We accept Paypal for credit card orders. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. It is very easy and the system will walk you through it.
Checks and money orders: For your convenience, we will also accept phone orders if paying by check or money order occasionally. Please us ahead of time for approval at 203.641.4898. Checks will need to be cleared through the bank first before order may be mailed out. This can take up to one week. Your item will be held for 7 days after phone approval. If payment is not received within 7 days, it is placed back into our inventory.

We now accept layaways on orders totaling $50.00 or more. A 50% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining 50% within 30 days. **To open a layaway, please send email to us (through contact link on the shops Homepage, left hand column) to arrange purchases.
Deposits are non-refundable. Any deposits will be forfeit if you should cancel or discontinue payment.
Regarding returns: Since most of the items in FrenchBleuVintage have started out many years ago, the decision to buy a used item is completely up to you. Please ask as many questions about the items as you like, I am not an expert in many areas, I buy what I love, but I will answer any as honestly as possible and send additional photos if asked. Most items have flaws or "character marks" (i.e chips, cracks, crazing or repairs), therefore items are bought in "as is" condition and not returnable or refundable unless an agreement has been reached prior to purchase. There are no returns after 7 days period. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I usually keep shipping items inside the US, but if you are willing to spend the extra postage, I will ship it anywhere to get it to you. Email me with your little hearts desire and I will try my hardest to make it work and keep the cost down.
Shipments are mailed USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground ~ twice weekly.
*If you would rather ship your items a more cost efficient way (flat rate boxes-Domestic US only) ~ please contact me. Shipping overpayments are always refunded via Paypal. If the items being shipped are extremely fragile, I highly suggest shipping 2 or 3 day air as opposed to Ground shipping. The shipping cost will be higher, but trust me, your chances of your item getting to you in one piece is much better. Hard lesson to learn:(
